1.download psych engine 0.6.3 from here : https://github.com/ShadowMario/FNF-PsychEngine/releases/tag/0.6.3
2.exact the 7 years mod zip and psych engine zip
3.put the mods folder inside psych engine folder (not the file inside mods folder.. I MEAN THE ENTIRE MODS FOLDER)
4.run "psychEngine.exe" and then enjoy my mod- I MEAN ppgamez mod

(for mobile)
1.download psych engine 0.6.3 mobile port from here : https://github.com/MobilePorting/FNF-PsychEngine-0.6.3-Mobile/releases/tag/0.6.3
2.install the application
3.exact 7 years mod zip
4.put the entire mods folder into where your psych engine data folder locate (for android it might be external/data/obb/media and for IOS i don't know figure it out yourself sorry)
